  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Coat salmon with half of the glaze mixture on both sides.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and bake for another 8-10 minutes until flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
