  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup strawberry jam or preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on wire rack.
