  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it in half.
  4. Spread the filling over one half of the puff pastry and fold the other half on top.
  5. Cut into strips and twist each strip gently into swirls.
  6. Brush with an egg wash made from beaten egg mixed with water.
  7. Bake for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
