  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water

Instructions

  3. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water according to package instructions; reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. Combine drained pasta with the broccoli sauce in the pot; mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
