  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut tortillas into rounds using a cookie cutter.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow plate. Brush tortilla rounds with melted butter, then coat with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
