  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and butter a medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in heavy cream.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over it.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the middle. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
