  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and egg (if using). Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the burger mixture onto each cabbage slice to form patties.
