  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the foil)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into four equal patties.
  2. Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil (about 12 inches each) and lightly coat the center with olive oil.
  3. Place one patty on each piece of foil, top with sliced mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Seal the packets tightly by folding the sides over the filling.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 15–20 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Carefully unwrap the packets and serve hot.
