  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Slice and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic in butter until softened (2-3 minutes).
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer; stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
  5. Reduce heat to low and mix in Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheeses until melted.
  6. Add drained spaghetti to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
