  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

  • Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube potatoes; peel if desired.
  2. Toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cut chicken into cubes; season with olive oil, gravy mix, and ranch seasoning.
  5. Sauté chicken in butter over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  6. Combine cooked potatoes with chicken in the skillet; mix well.
