  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure they are well-coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours for more flavor).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade (discard leftover marinade) and grill each breast for about 6-7 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
