2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat dry the chicken wings and season them with salt and pepper.
Place wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
While baking, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
