  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese (for icing)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • milk (for icing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in flour and salt until just mixed.
  4. In another bowl, blend brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl mixture.
  5. Spread blondie batter into the pan and drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top; swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool before icing.
  7. For the icing, beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until creamy. Drizzle over cooled blondies.
