  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows

  1. Cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and mini vegan marshmallows gently.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
