  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (for the base)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Line a cutting board with parchment paper and press the cookie dough mixture into a flat layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the cookie dough base and spread evenly. Optionally sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
