Instructions

  2. Blend Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped and mashed cherries.
  4. If using an ice cream maker, churn until soft-serve texture. If not, pour into a loaf pan and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours until creamy.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft texture or freeze longer for firmer scoops.
