  • 42g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 5g fresh thyme, chopped
  • Black pepper to taste

  2. Add the cauliflower florets, lower the heat, cover, and steam for about 20 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor.
  4. In the same pot, whisk cubed butter into three tablespoons of hot broth until smooth.
  5. Pour the butter mixture into the food processor with thyme and black pepper; blend until completely smooth.
  6. Adjust consistency with additional warm broth if needed.
