  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
