  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

  1. Activate the yeast by dissolving it and honey in warm water. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Combine flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the risen dough into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  6. Drizzle extra olive oil over tops, add chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and sprinkle flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown. Rotate halfway for even cooking.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
