  • 5 ½ oz white chocolate (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup double cream
  • 3 ½ oz unsalted ground pistachios
  • 3 ½ oz kataifi pastry (chopped and separated)
  • 9 oz milk chocolate (finely chopped)
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Whisk together.
  2. Add vegetable oil and water; mix until smooth. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Pipe thin strands of batter onto the pan until set.
  4. Toast cooked kataifi strands in melted butter until golden brown.
  5. Melt white chocolate with double cream until smooth; blend in ground pistachios and salt.
  6. Fold in toasted kataifi strands for crunch.
  7. Chill mixture for about an hour; roll into balls.
  8. Dip each ball in melted milk chocolate and let excess drip off.
  9. Refrigerate until set.
