  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, semi-crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Mix in brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press 1 3/4 cups of the mixture into the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs and semi-crushed raspberries on top, followed by mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
