16 oz potato gnocchi
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic (minced)
5 oz fresh spinach
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms with a pinch of salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
Add potato gnocchi and chicken broth to the pan, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
