  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms with a pinch of salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
