  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen corn by rinsing it under warm water in a colander until warm, then drain thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly. If using cilantro, fold it in carefully.
