  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 3 cups half-and-half or whole milk
  • Additional whipped topping for garnish
  • 1 cup toasted shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar; mix in melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
