  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 3-quart baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta until just shy of al dente; drain and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook diced turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. Increase heat to medium; add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning, stirring until heated through.
  5. Add butter and garlic; cook until fragrant. Whisk in flour until combined, then gradually add cream and half-and-half until thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan and half of both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until melted.
  7. Fold in cooked pasta, chicken mixture, and half of the crispy turkey bacon.
  8. Transfer to the baking dish; top with remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and turkey bacon.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
