  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
