1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and the green beans. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Return the chicken to the skillet. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Pour over chicken and green beans; stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
