- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss gently into the chicken mixture until well coated.
- Fold in mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Grease a bundt pan and layer the mixture evenly; top with remaining Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a platter; garnish with fresh parsley.
