  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss gently into the chicken mixture until well coated.
  4. Fold in mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Grease a bundt pan and layer the mixture evenly; top with remaining Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a platter; garnish with fresh parsley.
