2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1 cup alfredo sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Cut the pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and roll each piece into balls.
In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the dough balls; add Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and half of both cheeses. Mix well.
Layer in a greased bundt pan: start with some mozzarella and parmesan, add half the dough balls, followed by shredded chicken and half of the alfredo sauce. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a plate.
