  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season cubed chicken with garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until juicy.
  2. In salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Hollow out Kaiser rolls without breaking the sides.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside the bread bowls.
  5. Toast the bowls at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Combine cooked chicken and drained pasta with alfredo sauce in a pan.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken alfredo mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake again at 375°F (190°C) for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
