  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Combine melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Lay tortillas flat, fill with beef mixture and cheese, then roll tightly.
