  • 2 cups vanilla pudding (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Bake the chocolate cake according to package instructions or your favorite recipe. Allow it to cool completely before cutting into cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. In a serving dish, layer half of the chocolate cake cubes, followed by half of the cherry juice and cherries, half of the vanilla pudding, and half of the whipped cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Top with dark chocolate shavings and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
