  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline for uniformity.
  3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the potato slices, pouring some cream mixture over each layer and sprinkling with cheddar cheese.
