  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  6. In another saucepan, melt remaining butter over low heat; add milk, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese until creamy.
  7. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked beef mixture and cook uncovered for an additional few minutes.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
