Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold nut mixture into batter carefully.
  7. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
