  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup spinach (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8-inch baking dish.
