1/4 cup melted vegan butter
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, almond milk, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and flour until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
Grease a donut pan and fill each cavity halfway with batter.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with almond milk and vanilla until smooth. Dip each donut in the glaze once cooled slightly.
