Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each fritter. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
